NEW ENGLAND SILVER MEDALISTS
REDS ENTERED POOL PLAY AS #1 SEED, FINISHING IN 1ST PLACE DURING THE REGULAR SEASON. REDS DEFEATED MASS PRIDE 14-7, HIT DR. DIAMONDS 6-4 AND LEGENDS NAVY 7-1 TO FINISH POOL PLAY WITH A 3-0 RECORD, EARNING A # 3 SEED IN THE PLAYOFF ROUND!
IN THE FIRST GAME OF THE PLAYOFF ROUND, REDS DEFEATED THE #6 SEED HIT DR DIAMONDS 7-3, EARNING THEM A CHANCE TO FACE THE #2 SEEDED BV SPINNERS. REDS DEFEATED SPINNERS 13-2, SETTING UP THE CHAMPIONSHIP VS TEAM NOKONA.
TEAM NOKONA DEFEATED THE REDS 13-10 TO CAPTURE THE THE TITLE!

In a crazy Championship game, the Reds Red outlasted the Lightning Baseball Club
19-14 in 10 innings.
This marks the 3rd year in a row that that the 12u Reds have won the NEAAU Super Regional Tournament!

Reds opened the tournament with a 14-3 victory over the New Haven Braves and a 17-0 victory over Warrior Baseball Club (MASS)
In the Semi-finals the Reds defeated the Milford, CT Raiders 6-1, behind the Reds Southpaw
Joe Bongiovanni. Bongiovanni picked up the win with 5 solid inning and Collin Costa recorded the save with 2 scoreless innings.
In the finals the Reds matched up with the Brooklyn Bonnies from Brooklyn, NY. The Reds took an early 3-0 lead, behind Reds Started Gian Martellini. The Bonnies came back with 3 runs in the 5th to tie the game. Reds offense responded by adding 2 in the bottom of the sixth, to take a 5 - 3 lead.
Collin Costa pitched a scoreless 6th and 7th to record the victory!
13u Reds have earned a spot in the CABA World Series in Westfield, IN July 14- 22
